Come and join us

FYJO invites new players to join.  Come along to one of our rehearsals and join in or listen in - completely free! Bring your instrument and enthusiasm!

We promise you'll have fun. There are no auditions, no pre-requisite music grades. Learn to play without music and develop your 'ear'. You will learn how to improvise and only 'put on the spot' when you are ready and willing. Don't be afraid of mistakes - you'll learn from them. Ages 8 to 24. Players come from near and far for the FYJO experience!

Many ex-FYJO players have gone on to study music and now have professional music careers. We invite them to our rehearsals on a regular basis to give masterclasses.
